Fees & Payment
At my practice, I strive to provide accessible and transparent care tailored to your needs. Below, you’ll find information on session fees, payment options, insurance, and cancellation policies to ensure clarity and ease as you begin your journey toward growth and healing.
Individual Therapy: $200 per 50-minute session. I have a limited amount of sliding scale openings based on financial needs, which are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Couples Therapy: $200 per 50-minute session; 90-minute sessions are available upon request.
Payments: Payment is due at the beginning of every session. Payments can be made via credit cards. Credit Card payments require written authorizations to comply with HIPPA regulations.
Insurance: I am currently accepting Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare insurances. I am able to provide superbills upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
Cancellations and No Shows: In the event of illness or an emergency, appointments may be rescheduled. Your health and well-being are important, and self-care is encouraged. Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, without a medical emergency, will be charged the full session fee. Late cancellation and no-show fees are the client's responsibility and cannot be billed to insurance.
