Whether you’re working through something happening now, exploring how past experiences or patterns continue to affect you, or looking for practical ways to manage a specific concern, my role is to listen, ask questions, offer clinical insight, and introduce strategies and tools that can support our work
Couples Therapy
Whether you’re addressing a specific concern such as communication, navigating recurring patterns, or looking to deepen your connection, couples therapy can offer an opportunity to better understand one another and your relationship. Drawing from psychodynamic and Gottman-informed approaches, I offer clinical insight and practical tools while exploring the experiences and patterns that shape how you relate to one another.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is an opportunity to strengthen your clinical skills, deepen your understanding of the work, and develop confidence in your own clinical judgment. My approach is collaborative and reflective, with space for case conceptualization, ethical considerations, professional boundaries, clinical skill development, and the complexities that can arise in practice. I bring clinical perspective and guidance while encouraging you to ask questions, think critically, and develop a clinical approach that is authentically your own.
Non-Profit Consultation
I provide consultation to nonprofits and community-based organizations seeking to develop strong programs and build sustainable fundraising strategies. Drawing on my DSW training and more than a decade of grant writing experience, I support organizations with program development, fundraising strategy, funder alignment, and grant writing—from shaping an initial idea to developing a compelling case for support.
